Product Overview:
The YETUO YTLG-10D benchtop stoppering manifold freeze dryer is designed for laboratory freeze-drying of vial samples and other compatible containers. Its combined stoppering and manifold configuration supports vial stoppering and freeze-drying with suitable external containers according to the experimental process.
The standard model offers a drying area of 0.08 m², a cold trap temperature of ≤-60°C (with an optional -80°C configuration), an ice collection capacity of 4 kg/batch, a specified vacuum of ≤5 Pa, and an ultimate vacuum of 2 Pa. It includes three movable Ø180 mm sample trays. Performance specifications for optional configurations should be confirmed separately.
The equipment features a 7-inch color touchscreen for monitoring cold trap temperature, vacuum pressure, sample temperature, and operating time. It supports freeze-drying data storage, USB export, cold trap sample pre-freezing, one-touch defrosting, and maintenance reminders. Compatible vial sizes, manifold connections, and external drying containers can be selected according to laboratory requirements.

Application field: freeze-drying is a technology that uses the principle of sublimation to dry. It is the process of rapidly freezing the dried substances at low temperature, and then sublimating the frozen water molecules directly into water vapor overflow in an appropriate vacuum environment. The substance is always at a low temperature (frozen state) before drying, and ice crystals are evenly distributed in the substance. During the sublimation process, concentration will not occur due to dehydration, and side effects such as foam and oxidation caused by water vapor are avoided. The lyophilized products are spongy, non-shrinkage, good rehydration and low moisture content, and can be stored and transported for a long time at normal temperature after corresponding packaging.
