Product Overview:
The YETUO YTLG-10B benchtop stoppering freeze dryer is designed for laboratory vial freeze-drying and scientific research. Its benchtop configuration incorporates a stoppering-type drying assembly for vial-based freeze-drying applications, with stoppering operations performed according to the selected process and configuration.
The standard model provides a drying area of 0.08 m², a cold trap temperature of ≤-60°C (with an optional -80°C configuration), an ice collection capacity of 4 kg/batch, a specified vacuum of ≤5 Pa, and an ultimate vacuum of 2 Pa. It includes three movable Ø180 mm sample trays.
The equipment supports sample pre-freezing in the cold trap and features a 7-inch color touchscreen for monitoring operating parameters. Freeze-drying data can be saved and exported via USB. Compatible vial sizes, stoppering configurations, and equipment options should be confirmed according to laboratory requirements.

Application field: freeze-drying is a technology that uses the principle of sublimation to dry. It is the process of rapidly freezing the dried substances at low temperature, and then sublimating the frozen water molecules directly into water vapor overflow in an appropriate vacuum environment. The substance is always at a low temperature (frozen state) before drying, and ice crystals are evenly distributed in the substance. During the sublimation process, concentration will not occur due to dehydration, and side effects such as foam and oxidation caused by water vapor are avoided. The lyophilized products are spongy, non-shrinkage, good rehydration and low moisture content, and can be stored and transported for a long time at normal temperature after corresponding packaging.
