The YETUO YTUP45E Intelligent Ultrapure Water System has a water production capacity of 45 L/h at 25°C. It is suitable for high-quality laboratory water applications in laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturing and the electronics industry. The system features a 4.3-inch color touchscreen and provides real-time monitoring of water quality and temperature across three channels: RO purified water, source water and UP ultrapure water. It supports dual-channel water dispensing, timed dispensing, quantitative dispensing and direct water dispensing. UP ultrapure water resistivity is greater than 18.25 MΩ·cm at 25°C, conductivity is below 0.057 μS/cm, TOC is below 10 ppb, heavy metal ions are below 0.01 ppb, and microbial bacteria are below 0.1 CFU/ml.

● 4.3-inch color touchscreen: The intelligent and user-friendly interface provides comprehensive monitoring of real-time equipment data and operating status, including flushing, water production, full tank, water shortage and alarm notifications. It supports quick system settings, forced RO flushing and convenient dual-channel water dispensing.
● Three-channel real-time monitoring of water quality and temperature for RO purified water, source water and UP ultrapure water, with an alarm function when water quality exceeds preset limits.
● Consumable life management: Displays the remaining service life of consumables in real time and automatically reminds users when replacement is due.
● Integrated frame design provides high stability. The equipment is made of environmentally friendly ABS material, offering corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, water resistance and dust protection for complex laboratory environments.
● The internal layout ensures separation of water and electrical systems, improving operational safety and convenience.
● All filter cartridges adopt a modular design. Water quality is progressively improved through the standard purification process. Precisely configured filtration modules help extend consumable service life. Quick-connect filter cartridges make replacement and maintenance easier.
● 14-inch pretreatment column with a high-performance 5 μm activated carbon fiber composite treatment column. It effectively filters particles, adsorbs organic compounds and residual chlorine, and helps prevent carbon powder release.
● Fully automatic RO membrane flushing function helps prevent scale formation. The integrated disposable RO membrane assembly makes installation and maintenance more convenient.
● The purification column adopts a large-capacity design to ensure high-quality water output and reduce TOC leaching. It is equipped with a newly designed dual-channel injection-molded ultrapure water filter cartridge for convenient quick installation and replacement.
● Built-in 2.5-liter pressure tank provides both water storage and pressure boosting functions. It is FDA certified and features a fully enclosed structure to effectively isolate water from air.
● Built-in sleep mode: When the equipment is not used for an extended period, the system automatically wakes up at regular intervals to circulate and flush the pipelines and water tank.
● Three water dispensing modes: timed dispensing, quantitative dispensing and direct dispensing.
● Black box data logging function: Stores and allows users to review historical purified water and ultrapure water usage data, including alarm records, dispensing time, water volume, water quality and temperature. Data can be downloaded via USB to support water sample traceability.
● Equipped with a terminal microfilter with a pore size of 0.22 μm to effectively intercept microparticles and meet higher water quality requirements.
