Product Overview:

The YETUO YTLG-18E-80 Vertical T-Shaped Rack Freeze Dryer features an integrated vertical structure and is designed for laboratory sample freeze-drying. It provides a cold trap temperature of ≤-80°C, an ice collection capacity of 6 kg per batch, a specified vacuum pressure of ≤5 Pa, and an ultimate vacuum pressure of 2 Pa. The equipment is configured with 16 branch pipe connections. It features a 7-inch color touchscreen for monitoring operating parameters and real-time curves, automatic freeze-drying data storage and USB export, as well as cold trap sample pre-freezing, one-touch defrosting, vacuum alarms and fine vacuum adjustment.

Freeze-Drying Principle:

Freeze-drying is a drying process based on sublimation. Materials are first frozen and then placed under suitable vacuum conditions, allowing ice to sublimate directly into water vapor. This process is used in laboratory sample preparation and preservation applications. The final characteristics of freeze-dried materials depend on sample properties and processing conditions.
