Product Overview:

The YETUO YTLG-12A Vertical Freeze Dryer is designed for laboratory sample freeze-drying and scientific research. Featuring a vertical structure, the standard configuration provides a freeze-drying area of 0.12 m², a cold trap temperature of ≤-60°C, an ice collection capacity of 4 kg per batch, a specified vacuum pressure of ≤5 Pa, and an ultimate vacuum pressure of 2 Pa. The equipment is fitted with four Ø200 mm material trays. It supports cold trap sample pre-freezing, automatic freeze-drying data storage and USB export, and features vacuum alarms and one-touch defrosting. Different drying configurations can be selected according to sample type, container format and freeze-drying requirements.

● Integrated cold trap sample pre-freezing function eliminates the need for an additional ultra-low temperature freezer or liquid nitrogen treatment for the supported pre-freezing operation.

● Equipped with a 7-inch color LCD touchscreen featuring a user-friendly interface and screen-lock function. Remote control via mobile phone or computer is available as an optional configuration.

● The main display clearly shows cold trap temperature, vacuum pressure, sample temperature and operating time. The interface is easy to operate and includes operation permission management to help prevent incorrect operation.

● Freeze-drying data is automatically saved. Users can view, export and delete records, and USB data export is supported to help prevent data loss.

● Supports freeze-drying applications using ampoules, penicillin vials, glass flasks, plasma bottles and trays.

● The cold trap provides an independent sample pre-freezing function and one-touch defrosting.

● Built-in maintenance reminders help users keep track of equipment maintenance requirements.

● Vacuum alarm function provides timely alerts regarding abnormal vacuum conditions.

● High-precision fine-adjustment vacuum valve allows precise adjustment of vacuum pressure.
