The YETUO YTLG-10E is a benchtop T-shaped rack freeze dryer equipped with 16 branch pipes. It is suitable for freeze-drying applications using ampoules, vials, glass flasks, plasma bottles and trays. The cold trap temperature is ≤-60°C, with an optional -80°C configuration, and the ice collection capacity is 4 kg per batch. Equipped with a 7-inch color LCD touchscreen, the unit displays cold trap temperature, vacuum level, sample temperature and operating time. It supports automatic freeze-drying data storage and USB export, as well as cold trap sample pre-freezing, one-touch defrosting, vacuum alarms and fine vacuum adjustment.

Application Principle:
Freeze-drying is a drying technology based on the principle of sublimation. The material is rapidly frozen at a low temperature and then placed in an appropriate vacuum environment, where frozen water molecules directly sublime into water vapor. During drying, the material remains frozen, and ice crystals are distributed throughout the material. The sublimation process helps avoid concentration caused by dehydration. Freeze-dried products have a porous structure, retain their shape, offer good rehydration properties and have low moisture content. With suitable packaging, they can be stored and transported at normal temperatures for extended periods.

1. The cold trap features rapid refrigeration and uniform inner-wall temperature. Professional gas-flow guidance technology is used to support water vapor collection.
2. Equipped with a Danfoss compressor and single-unit mixed-refrigerant refrigeration technology.
3. The cold trap is equipped with a sample pre-freezing function, reducing the need for separate ultra-low-temperature freezing equipment or liquid nitrogen treatment.
4. Equipped with a 7-inch color LCD touchscreen, a user-friendly interface and a screen-lock function. Remote control via mobile phone or computer is available as an optional configuration.
5. The main display clearly shows cold trap temperature, vacuum level, sample temperature and operating time. Operation permission management helps prevent incorrect operation.
6. Supports data viewing, exporting and deletion. Freeze-drying data can be automatically saved and exported via USB.
