Product Overview:

The YETUO YTLG-10D Benchtop Stoppering Manifold Freeze Dryer is designed for laboratory freeze-drying of vial samples and other compatible containers. Combining a stoppering-type drying assembly with a manifold configuration, it supports both vial stoppering and freeze-drying with suitable external containers. The standard model provides a freeze-drying area of 0.08 m², a cold trap temperature of ≤-60°C (optional -80°C), an ice collection capacity of 4 kg per batch, a specified vacuum pressure of ≤5 Pa, and an ultimate vacuum pressure of 2 Pa. It is equipped with three movable Ø180 mm material trays. The equipment features cold trap sample pre-freezing, a 7-inch color touchscreen, automatic data storage and USB export, making it suitable for laboratory freeze-drying applications involving different sample containers.

Freeze-Drying Principle:

Freeze-drying uses the principle of sublimation to remove moisture from frozen materials. Samples are first frozen at low temperatures and then placed in a suitable vacuum environment, where ice crystals sublimate directly into water vapor. This low-temperature drying process is used in laboratory sample preparation and preservation applications. The final characteristics of freeze-dried materials depend on sample properties and processing conditions.
