Product Overview:

The YETUO YTLG-10C Benchtop Manifold Freeze Dryer is designed for laboratory sample freeze-drying and scientific research. Its benchtop configuration includes a manifold drying assembly that can accommodate compatible external freeze-drying containers. The standard model features a freeze-drying area of 0.12 m², a cold trap temperature of ≤-60°C (with an optional -80°C configuration), an ice collection capacity of 4 kg per batch, a specified vacuum pressure of ≤5 Pa, and an ultimate vacuum pressure of 2 Pa. It includes four Ø200 mm material trays with 70 mm spacing. The equipment features a 7-inch color touchscreen for monitoring operating parameters, data storage and USB export, as well as cold trap sample pre-freezing, one-touch defrosting and vacuum alarms.

Freeze-Drying Principle:

Freeze-drying is a drying process based on sublimation. Materials are first frozen and then placed under suitable vacuum conditions, allowing ice to sublimate directly into water vapor. This process is used in laboratory sample preparation and preservation applications. The final characteristics of freeze-dried materials depend on sample properties and processing conditions.
