The YETUO YTLG-10B Benchtop Stoppering Freeze Dryer is designed for laboratory vial freeze-drying and scientific research. Featuring a benchtop structure and a stoppering-type drying assembly, it supports vial stoppering operations according to the selected process requirements. The standard configuration provides a freeze-drying area of 0.08 m², a cold trap temperature of ≤-60°C (optional -80°C), an ice collection capacity of 4 kg per batch, a specified vacuum pressure of ≤5 Pa, and an ultimate vacuum pressure of 2 Pa. It is equipped with three movable Ø180 mm material trays. The equipment supports cold trap sample pre-freezing and features a 7-inch color touchscreen, automatic freeze-drying data storage and USB export, making it suitable for laboratory applications requiring vial stoppering.

● The main display clearly shows cold trap temperature, vacuum pressure, sample temperature and operating time. The interface is easy to operate and includes operation permission management to help prevent incorrect operation.

● Supports data viewing, exporting and deletion. Freeze-drying data is automatically saved to help prevent data loss, and USB data export is supported.

● Supports freeze-drying applications using ampoules, penicillin vials, glass flasks, plasma bottles and trays.
