Product Overview:

The Ye Tuo YTLG-10F Soil Freeze Dryer is designed for soil sample freeze-drying and sample pretreatment before soil testing. It is suitable for soil testing, environmental analysis and related research applications. The equipment provides a freeze-drying area of 0.18 m², a cold trap operating temperature of ≤-60°C and an ice collection capacity of 4 kg per batch. It is equipped with six Φ200 mm material trays with a shelf spacing of 55 mm and an extraction rate of 2 L/s. The unit features air cooling, a 304 stainless steel cold trap, a transparent polycarbonate drying chamber and a 7-inch color LCD touchscreen.

Freeze-Drying Principle:

Freeze-drying is a drying process based on sublimation. Samples are first frozen, and moisture is then removed through sublimation under vacuum conditions. This process can be used for soil sample preparation and laboratory analysis. The resulting sample characteristics depend on the original material and processing conditions.

10. The compressor and vacuum pump circuits are controlled by separate switches. A delayed refrigeration start function is provided.

11. Equipped with a high-precision vacuum adjustment valve for manual fine adjustment of vacuum pressure.

12. Equipped with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel vacuum connection tube and standard KF25 quick-connect clamps.

13. The drying chamber is made of transparent injection-molded polycarbonate, allowing users to observe the sample during operation.

14. A vacuum pump oil mist filter is available as an optional accessory.
