Product Overview:

The Ye Tuo YTLG-12D-100/120 Ultra-Low Temperature Vertical Stoppering Multi-Manifold Freeze Dryer features an integrated vertical structure with a stoppering multi-manifold configuration. It is designed for laboratory freeze-drying applications and is available in two cold trap temperature configurations: -100°C and -120°C. The equipment provides a freeze-drying area of 0.08 m², an ice collection capacity of 4 kg per batch, a specified vacuum pressure of ≤5 Pa and an ultimate vacuum pressure of 2 Pa. It is equipped with three Φ180 mm material trays, including a movable layer. Additional functions include cold trap sample pre-freezing, fine vacuum adjustment, automatic data storage, USB export, one-touch defrosting and vacuum alarms. KF25 vacuum connection components are included.

Freeze-Drying Principle:

Freeze-drying is a drying process based on sublimation. Materials are first frozen and then placed under suitable vacuum conditions, allowing ice to sublimate directly into water vapor. The final characteristics of freeze-dried materials depend on sample properties and processing conditions.
