Product Overview:

The Ye Tuo YTLG-12C-100/120 is an ultra-low-temperature vertical manifold freeze dryer featuring an integrated structure for laboratory sample freeze-drying and scientific research. It is available with two cold trap temperature configurations: -100°C and -120°C. The equipment provides a freeze-drying area of 0.12 m², an ice collection capacity of 4 kg per batch, a specified vacuum pressure of ≤5 Pa and an ultimate vacuum pressure of 2 Pa. It is equipped with four Φ200 mm material trays with 70 mm spacing. Vial capacities are 920 for Φ12 mm, 480 for Φ16 mm and 260 for Φ22 mm.

Freeze-Drying Principle:

Vacuum freeze-drying, also known as sublimation drying, involves pre-freezing water-containing samples and then removing moisture through sublimation under vacuum conditions. After freeze-drying, the original biological, chemical and physical properties of the materials remain largely unchanged. The dried materials can be stored for extended periods and reconstituted by adding water, subject to the characteristics of the samples and processing conditions.

1. The refrigeration system provides cooling for the cold trap. The cold trap is designed for temperature distribution, while gas-flow guidance technology supports water vapor collection.

2. Equipped with a Danfoss compressor and single-unit mixed-refrigerant refrigeration technology.

3. The cold trap features a sample pre-freezing function for laboratory sample preparation.

4. Equipped with a 7-inch color LCD touchscreen featuring an interactive operating interface and screen-lock function. Mobile phone and computer remote control are available as optional configurations.

5. The main display shows cold trap temperature, vacuum level, sample temperature and operating time. Operation permission management is provided for equipment settings.

6. Supports data viewing, exporting and deletion. Freeze-drying data can be automatically saved and exported via USB.

7. Supports freeze-drying applications using ampoules, vials, glass flasks, plasma bottles and trays.

8. The cold trap provides an independent sample pre-freezing function and one-touch defrosting.

9. Built-in maintenance reminders help users keep track of equipment maintenance requirements.

10. Vacuum alarm function provides alerts regarding vacuum conditions.

11. A high-precision fine-adjustment vacuum valve allows fine adjustment of the vacuum level.

12. Equipped with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel vacuum connection tube and standard KF25 quick-connect clamps.
