Product Overview:

The YETUO YTLG-12BN-80 Vertical Stoppering Freeze Dryer is designed for laboratory freeze-drying of vial samples. Featuring an integrated vertical structure and a stoppering configuration, it provides a freeze-drying area of 0.08 m², a cold trap temperature of -80°C (no-load, ambient temperature ≤28°C), an ice collection capacity of 4 kg per batch, a specified vacuum pressure of ≤5 Pa (no-load), and an ultimate vacuum pressure of 2 Pa. It is equipped with three Ø180 mm material trays, including a movable layer. The vial capacity is 560 vials for Ø12 mm, 285 vials for Ø16 mm and 165 vials for Ø22 mm. The equipment features a 7-inch color touchscreen for monitoring operating parameters and real-time curves, automatic data storage and USB export, as well as cold trap sample pre-freezing, one-touch defrosting, vacuum alarms and a quick air intake connector.

Freeze-Drying Principle:

Freeze-drying is a drying process based on sublimation. Materials are first frozen and then placed under suitable vacuum conditions, allowing ice to sublimate directly into water vapor. This process is used in laboratory sample preparation and preservation applications. The final characteristics of freeze-dried materials depend on sample properties and processing conditions.
