Product Overview:

The Ye Tuo YTLG-12DN-60 Vertical Stoppering Manifold Freeze Dryer is designed for laboratory freeze-drying of vial samples and compatible containers. Featuring an integrated vertical structure with a stoppering manifold configuration, it provides a freeze-drying area of 0.08 m², a cold trap temperature of -60°C (no-load, ambient temperature ≤28°C), an ice collection capacity of 4 kg per batch, a specified vacuum pressure of ≤5 Pa (no-load), and an ultimate vacuum pressure of 2 Pa. It is equipped with three Φ180 mm material trays, including a movable layer. The equipment supports different vial sizes and is suitable for laboratory sample preparation.

Freeze-Drying Principle:

Freeze-drying is a drying process based on sublimation. Materials are first frozen and then placed under suitable vacuum conditions, allowing ice to sublimate directly into water vapor. The final characteristics of freeze-dried materials depend on sample properties and processing conditions.
