Product Overview:

The Ye Tuo YTLG-12CN-60 Vertical Manifold Freeze Dryer is designed for laboratory sample freeze-drying and scientific research. Featuring an integrated vertical structure and a manifold configuration, it provides a freeze-drying area of 0.12 m², a cold trap temperature of -60°C (no-load, ambient temperature ≤28°C), an ice collection capacity of 4 kg per batch, a specified vacuum pressure of ≤5 Pa (no-load), and an ultimate vacuum pressure of 2 Pa. It is equipped with four Φ200 mm material trays with 70 mm spacing, suitable for freeze-drying vial samples and other compatible containers. The equipment features a 7-inch color touchscreen for monitoring operating parameters and real-time curves, automatic data storage and USB export, as well as cold trap sample pre-freezing, one-touch defrosting, vacuum alarms and a quick air intake function.

Freeze-Drying Principle:

Freeze-drying is a drying process based on sublimation. Materials are first frozen at low temperatures and then placed under suitable vacuum conditions, allowing ice to sublimate directly into water vapor. This process is used in laboratory sample preparation and preservation applications. The final characteristics of freeze-dried materials depend on sample properties and processing conditions.
