Product Overview:

The YETUO YTLG-12AN-60 Vertical Freeze Dryer is designed for laboratory sample freeze-drying and scientific research. Featuring an integrated vertical structure, the standard model provides a freeze-drying area of 0.12 m², a cold trap temperature of -60°C (no-load, at an ambient temperature of ≤28°C), an ice collection capacity of 4 kg per batch, a specified vacuum pressure of ≤5 Pa (no-load), and an ultimate vacuum pressure of 2 Pa. It is equipped with four Ø200 mm material trays with 70 mm spacing. The equipment features a 7-inch color touchscreen for monitoring operating parameters and real-time curves, automatic freeze-drying data storage and USB export, as well as cold trap sample pre-freezing, one-touch defrosting, vacuum alarms and a quick air intake function.

Freeze-Drying Principle:

Freeze-drying is a drying process based on sublimation. Materials are first frozen at low temperatures and then placed under suitable vacuum conditions, allowing ice to sublimate directly into water vapor. This process is used in laboratory sample preparation and preservation applications. The final characteristics of freeze-dried materials depend on sample properties and processing conditions.
