Product Overview:

The YETUO YTLG-10CN-80 Benchtop Manifold Freeze Dryer is designed for laboratory sample freeze-drying and scientific research. Featuring a compact benchtop structure and a manifold drying assembly, it supports compatible external freeze-drying containers for different sample preparation requirements. The standard model provides a freeze-drying area of 0.12 m², a cold trap temperature of -80°C (no-load, at an ambient temperature of ≤28°C), an ice collection capacity of 3 kg per batch, a specified vacuum pressure of ≤5 Pa (no-load), and an ultimate vacuum pressure of 2 Pa. It includes four Φ200 mm material trays with 70 mm spacing. The main unit weighs 50 kg (excluding chamber cover accessories) and measures 440 × 550 × 490 mm (excluding the drying chamber cover).

Freeze-Drying Principle:

Freeze-drying is a drying process based on sublimation. Materials are first frozen and then placed under suitable vacuum conditions, allowing ice to sublimate directly into water vapor. This process is used in laboratory sample preparation and preservation applications. The final characteristics of freeze-dried materials depend on sample properties and processing conditions.
